com.teneo.esa.icp.collection.ev.SearchPreviewException: [#80095] [#422229] Could not access directory \\servername\admin$\destination_folder as user application service user

Cause

The EV Search Preview is retrieving the information from the original destination folder where the EV Search task originally ran. After the folder has been moved or migrated, it could no longer access the information to preview.

Resolution

1. Run a new EV search task after the migration to the new destination.

2. To resolve the issue on the existing EV Search tasks, please contact Technical Support for further assistance.
The solution requires running the queries to obtain the results and update the appropriate information so the EV search preview points to the correct location.

NOTE: Since this process requires updating a table from mySQL database, it is highly recommended that the Default Evidence Repo EVIDENCE_REPO database is backed up prior to running an update statement.
