Error Message

When selecting EV for Mac Toolbar buttons View, Reply To, Reply to All, Forward To, and Forward to All the new message will only show the EV Shortcut in message body.

App Transport Security policy requires the use of a secure connection (HTTPS) to communicate with EV server.

1.  Configure Enterprise Vault Server(s) to use HTTPS as per https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/doc/85434533-129299639-0/v85301755-129299639.  Use RestoreShortcutBody registry setting to update shortcuts as per https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100017521

2.  Engineering is currently investigating a possible code fix.

There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time.
