Error Message
There is no error message other than some numbers being incorrectly tagged as 'CA-Healthcare'.
Cause
This issue can occur due to pattern matches for these items that are almost indistinguishable.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in Enterprise Vault 12.5.2.
Issue/Introduction
Veritas Information Classifier (VIC) generates hits on false positives for some built in policies. The built in policies affected is the Canada Healthcare Identifier Policy which include 'Canadian Health Number' and 'Canadian Social Insurance Numbers'. This issue can rarely occur even when Confidence Levels for both 'Canadian Health Number' and 'Canadian Social Insurance Numbers' is set from 'Very High' to 'Very High'.
