A search of Bloomberg messages in the Analysis & Review are not displaying recipient and content information correctly after envelope journaling was enabled by Global Relay

Cause
Envelope journal message has two parts. The main message contains P1 information and the P2 (actual body) is attached to the main message. In a normal Exchange message with envelope journaling enabled, the P2 is attached using ATTACH_EMBEDDED_MSG method. In envelope journaling of Bloomberg messages via Global Relay, the P2 is attached using ATTACH_BY_VALUE method. eDiscovery Platform (eDP) is only aware of the ATTACH_EMBEDDED_MSG method. As a result, when eDP collects and preprocesses such Bloomberg messages, it cannot display the messages correctly.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in eDiscovery version 9.5.2.
