Cause
This issue is typically caused by the type of item being archived. The converter may not be able to convert the content of all files, especially if the data is encrypted or in an unrecognized format.
Resolution
Take note of the file type and content to be converted. If the type does not require conversion then update the File types excluded from conversion setting on the Advanced tab of the Site Properties to exclude the file type.
