It is more than 1 day since the journal mailbox 'vaultjournal' was scanned for items to archive.

You can use the System Status feature in the Administration Console to help you resolve this issue.

Cause
This issue could be caused by several reasons-
- The task is unable to start due to startup errors
- The vault store(s) are in Backup Mode
- The task has been set to Disabled
Resolution
To resolve the issue the reason for the task not running needs to be determined.
- Check the Enterprise Vault Event Viewer log for any errors related to the journal task and troubleshoot the error.
- Confirm the journal task is not disabled and is able to start without error.
- Confirm the vault store is not in Backup Mode
Issue/Introduction
The event 41289 can occur if the journal archiving task has not processed the journal mailbox in more than one day.
