Unable to access this case because either a backup, restore, upgrade or recovery is in progress or the case has been archived or deleted
Cause
This is caused by the m_initialized flag being set to FALSE.
Resolution
Please contact Veritas Technical Support for assistance with this issue.
Issue/Introduction
After upgrading eDiscovery Platform(eDP) to 9.5.1, LDAP users are unable to access the processing tab for cases. However, non-LDAP users work correctly.
