Only PST files consistently drop all messages after applying eDiscovery Platform Cumulative Hotfix 9.5.1

Error Message

If processing only a single PST file with 2 messages, the logs would resemble what is shown below.  Make note of a fact that there are DEBUG entries, 0 emailFTIDs and all the messages got dropped.

Cause

This problem occurs only in the case of a particular DEBUG log setting being enabled for the basis package (com.teneo.esa.linguistics.basis).  This was enabled with the upgrade and cannot be disabled from within eDP or property files.

Resolution

Please contact technical support for application of a one time patch to resolve the issue.

There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. However, the issue is currently scheduled to be addressed in the next major revision of the product. Issue/Introduction

After upgrading eDiscovery Platform(eDP) to 9.5.1, only PST files are no longer indexing when the case is placed on a worker node. NOTE: This only affects Distributed Architectures and processing PST files whose case resides on a worker node.
