Cause
EVIndexVolumesProcessor calls StorageCrawler to retrieve items from storage. If needed, StorageCrawler will pass items to EVConverterSandbox so that indexable content is retrieved prior to passing the item to EVIndexVolumesProcessor. EVConverterSandbox is unable to process the specific item that is preventing indexing from continuing. The result is a catastrophic failure.
Note: The errors are found either via a dtrace of the above processes or by viewing the Veritas Enterprise Vault Converters event viewer log.

Note: An Index Verify, Index Sync, Index Rebuild does not resolve the issue.
