Cause

This issue can occur if anti virus exclusions are not in place on the EV server to include the SMTP holding folder. 

Resolution

Ensure all Anti-virus exclusions are in place for the EV server in question per the following article.

Issue/Introduction

Informational events show up in the event log indicating that some eml files are not being archived. Upon inspection of the Holding folder location specified in the Event ID, the eml files do exist and are not archived.
