Description:
Service cannot be started. The handle is invalid
Cause
The service account is running as LocalSystem which does not have the necessary permissions
Resolution
Update the Service Account under IMPORTER SETTINGS to the account created that has the full permission set outlined in the User Guide:
• Local Administrator
• Log on as Service
• Log on as a batch job
Issue/Introduction
Merge1 Import Service does not start and an error is seen in the Application Event Log
