Cause
There was an issue in the code when processing MIME messages that has now been corrected in the code and will be released in future version of the product.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in Enterprise Vault 14.0.1:

Issue/Introduction
This issue occurs in SMTP archiving where occasionally EML files will be archived as a file instead of a message item. When EML files are archived properly as messages it is more searchable by To, From, Subject, etc.
