Description

eDiscovery Platform 9.5 introduced the ability to track and report which user accounts were Disabled or Enabled in the new audit.log found with the server logs located in the D:\CW\V95\logs on the eDiscovery Platform server.

As user accounts are Disabled or Enabled (after previously Disabled) in eDiscovery Platform, the audit.log provides audit information to include the following:

  • Timestamp - Date and time user account was Disabled or Enabled
  • Case Name -
  • User Name - Who Disabled or Enabled the user account
  • Disabled or Enabled - Status of user account

The audit.log could be used in response to an auditing or compliance query and/or included in chain-of-custody as part of matter management.
