Cause

This issue occurred due to the version of Oracle OIT (Outside In) we were using.

Resolution

This issue has been addressed in EV 14.3.1.

Issue/Introduction

Some items may cause the EVConverterSanbox.exe component to fault. Event 1000 is seen in the application event log.
