Description

When Veritas Advanced Supervision is installed on the Compliance Accelerator server hosted on Windows Server 2019, expanding the Filters pane on the Review screen shows a spinning wheel and never finishes loading. This issue occurs because the date-time format on the system is not in the supported date-time format.

To fix this issue, perform the following steps:

1. Open Windows PowerShell with the administrator privileges.
2. In PowerShell, type timedate.cpl and press Enter. The Date and Time window appears.
   
3. Click Change date and time and then click Change calendar settings.
   
4. Change Date and time formats as shown above. 
5. Go to the Administrative tab, and the click Copy settings.
   
6. Under Copy your current settings to, select Welcome screen and system accounts and New user accounts.
   
7. Click OK.
8. Restart the computer.
9. Launch Veritas Advanced Supervision, go to Review, and check if you can expand the Filter pane.
