Couldn't read status information for table t_new_export_template ()
– Retrieving table structure for table t_new_export_template...
mysqldump: Couldn't execute 'show create table `t_new_export_template`': Table 'esadb_lds_case_abcdefgabcd1.t_new_export_template' doesn't exist (1146)

Cause

The issue is extremely intermittent and is caused by environmental conditions which are currently under investigation.  There are a myriad of possible causes for the table to be missing, including:

  • InnoDB crash
  • Improper directory access permissions (MySQL data directory)
  • Corrupt tables
  • Network monitoring software
  • Anti-Virus scanning during write operations

Resolution

    This issue is currently under investigation by Veritas Technologies LLC. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release.  If you feel this issue has a direct business impact for you and your continued use of the product, please contact your Veritas Sales representative or the Veritas Sales group to discuss these concerns.
