Cause
The filename contains special characters that are not permitted in a Windows environment or the filename has a percentage symbol which is misinterpreted as the start of an escape sequence.
Windows restricted characters: \ / : ? " < > |
HTML reserved characters: % $ @ + , \ : ; = ?
Resolution
Remove the special characters from the filename on the FileNet server.
NOTE: FileNet collections are not supported.
Issue/Introduction
During a FileNet collection, the process encounters a filename with special characters which causes the collection task to fail.
