Error Message

This issue was caused by a combination of recent feature enhancements along with a large number of hotwords used in the search or Department. The feature enhancements include, but are not limited to:

1. Hotword Hit Navigation
2. Hotword Analysis
3. Highlighting of hotwords that have the HTML code for the apostrophe

When an item is previewed with the Department selected and with or without any searches selected in the Review Set filter facets, the preview processing obtains a list of all hotwords used in all searches in the Department and processes those hotwords against the item being previewed for highlighting.  After the fixed version is implemented, hotword hit analysis is used to identify only those hotwords found in the selected item, thus making the preview with hit highlighting and marking more efficient and faster.

In the fix version listed below, searches accepted into the Review Set prior to the installation of the fix will still have slowness in preview population with hit highlighting or delays in marking changes being saved.
