[#200000] Export Template Error: Error while getting all the template to case mappings
This is caused by either the environment or eDiscovery Platform(eDP) being very busy and MySQL being unable to run the provided query.
1. Log into the eDP user interface as an administrator.
2. System > Jobs
3. Change the context dropdown to All Jobs
4. Select any pending or running jobs.
5. Select Stop Jobs.
6. Once all the jobs have stopped, attempt another export.
If the issue still exist, it would be worth investigating environmental factors:
Antivirus, Intrusion Detection Software, external backup software, etc.
