Cause
This is caused by no accepted searches that used hotwords as a search criteria.
Resolution
If hotwords are not used as a search criteria, it is not necessary to report on this. A simple search including hotwords as part of the search criteria will allow the OData feed to present valid results.
Issue/Introduction
When querying OData for HotwordHitsSummary ([http/https]://[server]/CAReporting/OData/HotwordHitsSummary), the below error is returned in the resulting JSON feed. Because of this and if the Veritas supplied PowerBI template TEMPLATE - Hotword Hits.pbit is used, the template load will fail with the below error.
