After waiting for a long period of time for the job to finish, the job log was checked. The job showed as failed, even though the Imaging Upgrade Tool was reporting it was In Progress.

1. Restore the case from backup.
2. In System > Support Features > Imaging Upgrade Tool > select Cancel the previously submitted upgrade job
3. Submit the job.
A job in the Imaging Upgrade Tool shows as "In Progress" even though it shows as failed in the related job log under System > Jobs.
