Description

When upgrading from eDiscovery versions 9.1 or 9.5 to version 10.0, all the redactions and annotations that are not part of a locked production folder will be lost.  To assist in the upgrade preparations in identifying unlocked production folders that need to be reviewed for redactions or annotations, a new Support Tool has been created to identify the status of production folders across all cases.  This tool, called the Production Folder Status Support Tool, creates a spreadsheet that lists the following:

• Case Name
• Production Folder Name
• Production Folder Description
• Type
• Folder Status
• Creation Date
• Last Modified Date
• Created By
