'More...' link sends the user to Dashboard instead of Appliance Roles

Cause

Known Issue.  Only affects Distributed Architecture environments and has a workaround available.
 

Resolution

Workaround: Manually navigate to the desired page.  System > Appliances > Select the Appliance server link on the left side of the results pane > Select the Appliance Roles tab.

This issue is currently under investigation by Veritas Technologies LLC. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release.  If you feel this issue has a direct business impact for you and your continued use of the product, please contact your Veritas Sales representative or the Veritas Sales group to discuss these concerns.
 

 

Issue/Introduction

If an Appliance within a Distributed Architecture has over fifteen cases assigned under the Processing and/or Review Role; when a user navigates to System > Appliances > and highlights the information bubble under the 'Indexed Docs Roles' column and select the 'More...' link, the user is directed to the All Cases > Dashboard instead of the expected Appliances Roles page.
