Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x9F\x8F\xB3\xEF\xB8...' for column 'FULLNAMES' at row XX
Note: The string value will vary.
Cause
Certain user names contain unsupported special characters.
Resolution
Short term:
Create a new case and deselect 'Use Global Participants and Domains' under (Define Active Directory parameters) inside the processing settings.
Long term:
Contact veritas Technical Support for the one-off patch CFT-3453
This issue is resolved in version 10.0.1
