IGC services are disabled.
Enable IGC services
1. Login to eDiscovery with a System Manager account
2. Navigate to System > Support Features > Imaging Tools Management
3. Choose an Appliance (start with the Worker nodes)
4. Select Options: Capacity_Log,
5. Service: IGC, then Submit
This will provide a list of the servers (Nodes) available for IGC.
The State will be Disabled on all servers (which causing the above error).
6. Start with selecting the 'Choose an Appliance:
Options: Enable_Service
Service: IGC
Submit
7. Repeat Step 6 for each of the Worker Nodes.
8. Verify the IGC service State is Enabled for the Worker Nodes
