Error Message

Getting below error in the Catalina log file.

Caused by: com.teneo.esa.common.exception.TeneoException: [#320004] Directory search failed: multiple results returned.
 

Cause

The user has multiple accounts with the same Logon (SAMaccount) Name in different Geo locations. This is causing  the  LDAP query to return multiple results, making the query unable to complete.

Resolution

Delete delete or hide the AD accounts that are not in that user's Geo.

Issue/Introduction

An Enterprise User is unable to login to eDiscovery using their LDAP account. Also, the local System Manager account get a blank page when trying to validate the User's properties in System > Users. while validating the user properties from Superuser getting a blank page.
