Cause

This is caused by using Compatibility View within Internet Explorer 11.

Resolution

Remove the domain on which eDP is running from Compatibility View within IE11.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to eDiscovery Platform (eDP) 9.5.2, when using Internet Explorer (IE), clicking on the All Documents dropdown for a search will no longer display all the folders associated with the selected case.
