Data Insight Management Server showing Error "Number of files in directory indexer/err is consistently above threshold"
A single userindex.txt might have some sort of corruption in it and this would prevent the processing of all userindex files
1. Delete or rename D:\DataInsight\data\users\usermaps.txt file.
2. Delete all xx_xxxxxxxx_userindex.txt files from \DataInsight\Data\Indexer\err folder and \DataInsight\Data\inbox folder.
3. Check following day to see if the D:\DataInsight\data\users\usermaps.txt file is recreated and if there are any userindex.txt files in the \DataInsight\Data\Indexer\err folder.
