An error displayed is:
Search is returning no results because Enterprise Vault could not search the whole vault. If the problem persists, contact your Enterprise vault administrator.
You may also see events like 7235, 7264, 7271 for the affected archive with error message :
Reason: A low level indexing operation has failed Error: Index Id: (0xc0041c43)
Cause
The affected archive has mixed index volumes i.e. 32-bit and 64-bit, and the 32-bit index volumes may not be searchable.
Resolution
To resolve this issue upgrade the 32-bit index volumes to 64-bit.
