Cause

Legal Hold only placeholder cases with no collections or processing do not have a t_exchangemailbox table by default.

Resolution

Please open a support case with Veritas Technical Support for assistance in resolving this issue.  Be sure to reference this article in the case description.

There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. While this issue may be resolved in a future major revision of the software at a later time, it is not currently scheduled for any release.  If you feel this issue has a direct business impact for you and your continued use of the product, please contact your Veritas Sales representative or the Veritas Sales group to discuss these concerns.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading from Veritas eDiscovery version 9.5.x to version 10.0, you may receive a pop-up error in the user interface when trying to list Collection Sources under All Collections if the sources include an EV.cloud source.
