Error Code:-1073472503, Message:Internal Enterprise Vault(EV) API Runtime error. Please check if EV servers are reachable and there is no mismatch between EV API Runtime on Clearwell appliance and EV Index Server versions

Error: DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer using any of the configured protocols
 

Cause

Either the RPC Port 135 is beiong blocked or Dcom port communication is being blocked on the eDiscovery server
 

Resolution

Open port 135 and ports 1025 - 65535 for Dcom traffic.
 

 

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to an EV Task or Discovery, the action will fail with: Error Code:-1073472503, Message:Internal Enterprise Vault(EV) API Runtime error.
