There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in earlier versions of the software at the present time.  However, the issue has been addressed in the revision of the product specified at the end of this article.

This issue has been addressed as part of the Enterprise Vault releases:

• Enterprise Vault 14.2.2
• Enterprise Vault 14.3

EvconvertorSandbox fails to convert some PDF files. This results in Event Id 29132 logged by the StorageArchive process. There do not appear to be any problems with the problematic PDF as it can be opened without problems.
