Cause

Missing case databases under the D:\MySQLData\data folder
 

Resolution

Restore the Appliance from a Node backup and then delete the appliance from the Cluster.

 

Issue/Introduction

Under the Appliances page, the worker node is in an Off-line state and the icon to delete the appliance from the cluster is not visible.
