Description

The PrizmDoc Imaging Tool, introduced in eDiscovery version 10.0, includes a tool to manually test PrizmDoc file conversion functionality.

Requirement:

The PrizmDemo service must be available and running.

Steps:

• On the eDiscovery appliance to test, using Chrome or Edge Chromium browser, open http://localhost:18001
• In the "Drop file or click" window, you can either drag and drop one or more files to convert or click on the window to navigate to the desired document(s).

Conversion Options:

Source Files:
Each source file will have the option to enter the page range desire (i.e., 1-2 or 1,3,5) and the password to open, if required.  The default is all pages and no password.
Note: If multiple files are selected, they will be converted into one output file.

Destination Format:
TIFF, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPEG, XLSX

Compression Type:
AUTO, G4, LZW, JPEG

Color Mode:
AUTO, BITONAL, GRAYSCALE, INDEXED, RGB

DPI:
If unchecked = 300 DPI

Apply Header:
If checked = "Prizm Content Connect", "Content Conversion Service", "Accusoft Corporation"

Apply Footer:
If checked = "Page {#} of {Total}"

One File Per Page:
Default is one file containing all pages.

Resize Pages:
Unchecked = 100% width and height

• The Conversion Request Configuration window to the right will display the conversion options selected.
• When all of the desired options are set, click "Convert"
• When complete, the file will be available for download by clicking on the file name in the Download column under the Converted Files tab.
  Note: If multiple files are selected, they will be converted into one output file.
