"Forbidden!" error while selecting Perl script to import employee list

Cause
This is caused by the absence of a Collection license with at least one custodian. A Legal Holds license alone does not allow script importing.
Resolution
1. Verify the currently installed licenses under System > License
2. Licenses for both Collections and Legal Holds are required to import Perl scripts into the Employee List. Contact your Veritas Accounts team to obtain the appropriate license.
Issue/Introduction
When attempting to import employees using a Perl script under All Cases > Employee List > Import > From Script > Select Script > OK a pop-up error "Forbidden" appears in the user interface.
