When trying to double click an item from Enterprise Vault Search (EVS) the following error is logged

With SSO enabled, it is not possible to download items via double-click in EVS within Outlook. Instead of displaying the item it is redirected to SSO sign-in page and fails to display/download item.
This issue has been resolved in Enterprise Vault 14.1.2 and later. The installation media is available from Downloads.
Starting with release 14.1, Enterprise Vault support Single Sign-on (SSO) authentication for Enterprise Vault Search using SAML 2.0. In a scenario where the 'Search Behavior' in 'Exchange Desktop Policy | Advanced | Outlook' is set to 'In Outlook' and the workaround like mentioned in the technote 100051544 is implemented, it is not possible to retrieve items from Enterprise Vault Search.
