DTrace of EVIndexAdminService reports issues with IIS configuration:
(EVIndexAdminService) <15256> EV-M {IndexingWCFProxy`1} Enterprise Vault has detected that the EVIndexing web application was changed to require the use of SSL without HTTPS binding. Enterprise Vault does not support use of SSL without HTTPS binding. Enterprise Vault has automatically repaired the configuration of the EVIndexing web application.
Cause
This issue could occur due to the incorrect SSL configuration in IIS. If IIS Default Web Site is set with "Require SSL" and does not have a valid HTTPS binding, it could lead to this issue.
Resolution
Add the HTTPS bindings or uncheck "Require SSL" from Default Web Site if you do not intend to use HTTPS.
