Error Message
A Dtrace of the EVIndexAdminService on the EV server may show the following message.
(EVIndexAdminService) <34680> EV-L {VELOCITYINDEXINGENGINEERRORS.EN_US} Skipping report as an identical report has been processed recently. ID=LIBSQLITE_CRITICAL, Message=An error occurred while attempting to execute the SQL statement [] on the database [I:\EVIndex\IndexStorage\index7\134A544FD7AA10F4692D9AFD6B996C8F0_71\live\log.sq lt]: [database disk image is malformed]

Cause
If the above error is seen the cause is a corruption in the index volume that will not allow updates to occur.
Resolution
Verify that there are no disk related issues and antivirus exclusions are in place.
A rebuild of the index volume will be required to resolve the issue. Please refer to the documentation(Additional information) for more information.
Issue/Introduction
When Storage Expiry runs the items are not being removed from the index volume causing a 41022 event to occur stating items have not been deleted from indexes.

Using the indexing wizards
To run the indexing wizards, your user account must be assigned the Indexing Administrator role.
See Roles-based administration.
The indexing wizards are all accessible from the Indexing Summary page in the Administration Console.
To run the Manage Indexes Wizard from Indexing Summary page
- In the left pane of the Administration Console, click the Indexing container.
- In the right pane, click Manage Indexes.

To run the Manage Indexes Wizard from Common Tasks
- In the left pane of the Administration Console, click the name of the Enterprise Vault site.
- In Common Tasks in the right pane, expand Index Management.
- Click Manage Indexes Wizard.
To run the Manage Indexes Wizard from the Indexing container
- In the left pane of the Administration Console, right-click Indexing or any of the containers beneath it and click Manage Indexes.
To run the Manage Indexes Wizard from The Archive Properties: Index Volumes tab
- In the Administration Console, right-click an archive and click Properties.
- Click the Index Volumes tab.
- Click Manage Indexes.
