[#9835005] Failed to Upload File to Viewing Session - HTTP:InvalidSecret, ErrorResponse:null
Authentication between eDiscovery Product (eDP) and Prizmdoc Application Services (PAS) is failing.
1) Compare secretKey: value, from D:\Prizm\PAS\pas\pcc.win.yml file
with property: esa.pas.accusoft.secret.header.value from the following two properties files:
D:\CW\V100\scratch\esa\esa.properties
D:\CW\V100\config\configs\default.properties
All three values must be the same.
2) Once any change is made, the eDP services will require a restart.
NOTE: The default value: 'mysecretkey' is not the correct value.
