No errors in the user interface or in any system logs.

Cause

A value in one of the MySQL tables has changed which hides O365 mailboxes from the Owner Picker when setting up an O365 Graph collection task.

Resolution

A work-around requiring a database modification is available.  Please contact Veritas eDiscovery Support to resolve this issue.

There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. However, the issue is currently scheduled to be addressed in the next major revision of the product. Issue/Introduction

When setting up an O365 Exchange collection task using the Microsoft Graph API, no owners are returned. The Office 365 Discovery and Collection Source are set up correctly using the appropriate Tenant ID, Application ID and Client Secret. Users are present when examining mailboxes on the BPOS server in System > Directories and Servers > Email Servers.
