Cause
Under Investigation.
Resolution
A user with System Manager permissions can use the Property Browser in Support Features to change these values.
- Navigate to System > Support Features
- Choose Property Browser from the drop-down
- In the Select the Case (or system) field, leave the default value of System
- In the Name of property to change field, enter the property name
- For the Windows Authentication User, enter:
esa.common.winauth.user - For the Windows Authentication Password, enter:
esa.common.winauth.password
- For the Windows Authentication User, enter:
- In the New Value (leave blank to remove) field, enter the desired value of the User (domain\username) or Password.
- Check the Confirm change box
- Click the Submit button
Issue/Introduction
When trying to add or change the Windows Authentication for Clearwell appliance user or password on the System > Settings page, an error is thrown in the user interface and the user and/or password are not changed.
