PrizmDoc fails to render natively with the error: 'Operation is not supported on this platform'

Cause
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurentControlSet/Services/HTTP Start value is set to an incorrect value, preventing the basic PrizmDoc services from properly starting.
Resolution
1. Modify the following registry key:
Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurentControlSet/Services/HTTP
DWord: Start
Value: 3
2. Restart the eDP services across the Cluster or Stand alone server for the change to take effect.
Issue/Introduction
Attempting to view items in Native View format, the item fails with the message "Error preparing document for display". When viewing the health of the Prizm Services, the PCC Imaging Services is Unhealthy.
In a Distributed environment, the PrizmDoc services on the Cluster Master must be fully functional in order for the worker nodes' PrizmDoc services to function.
