Unable to login after changing the ESA account passwords

Error Message
[#160005] Authentication failed: User id not found or password was incorrectly typed. Please contact your Clearwell administrator for assistance.
Cause
The LDAP connection password was not updated.
Resolution
1. Open D:\CW\v1xx\scratch\esa\esa.properties
Change esa.ladp.enabled = true to false
2. Restart the eDP services
3. Log in as Superuser
4. Navigate to System > Support features > Property Browser
- In the Name of property to change field put:
esa.ldap.connectionPassword
- In the New value (leave blank to remove) field put:
The current password for the appropriate AD account.
- Put a check in Confirm change. Are you sure?
- Click Submit.
5. Re-enable LDAP
- In the Name of property to change field put:
esa.ldap.enabled
- In the New value (leave blank to remove) field put:
true
- Put a check in Confirm change. Are you sure?
- Click Submit.
6. Verify user logon is successful.
Issue/Introduction
After changing the ESA service account passwords, even the Superuser account is unable to log into the application.
