Cause
This is identified to be an issue in the versions where NSF Rollover feature is introduced i.e. with DA 12.5.3, DA 14.1 and onwards.
Resolution
Workaround:
Run single Discovery Accelerator Export for Domino items at a time.
This issue has been addressed in version 14.1.3

Multiple simultaneous exports from Discovery Accelerator (DA) for Domino items causes inconsistency in the expected number of items in the nsf files as the items are mixed up between nsf files where they are supposed to be exported.
