Error: Method not found: 'Void KVS.Accelerator.Items.AcceleratorRendererJnitialise(System.String, Int32)'.

 

Cause

The issue is caused by the Printable tab's code incorrectly parsing the message's ID after a recent change to accommodate larger ID values.

 

Resolution

 

There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in earlier versions of the software at the present time. However, the issue has been addressed in the revision of the product specified at the end of this article.

Issue/Introduction

Clicking on the Printable tab of any message in the Review Set of Enterprise Vault (EV) Discovery Accelerator (DA) versions 14.1.1 and 14.1.2 lists the error below. There is no detrimental effect on DA Client functionality. The other available tabs, such as Preview, Comments, History and Legal holds, can be successfully accessed.
