Set the Windows Scaling to 100% from Settings | System | Display
Reference: View display settings in Windows (microsoft.com)
Cause
It happens due to the browser trying to match the system scale factor which is set to more than 100%. The issue has been seen with Chromium-based browsers, i.e. Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
