Batch Processing Status Under 'Processing' => 'Procesing Status' will show the following:

'Document Indexer' and 'Completed with Errors'

Processing => Exceptions=> File Notices will show a large count under 'Check for embedded documents failed'

Cause

This issue can occur if the "The Clearwell system is over 100% of processing capacity". 

You will see a banner as follows in the gui. 

Resolution

This issue can be resolved by either upgrading the licensing capacity of eDiscovery or by archiving some cases in order to free up processing capacity. 

Issue/Introduction

Batch Processing Status will show the Document Indexer as Completed with Errors. Review of Processing => Exceptions shows a high number of items that failed as "Check for embedded documents failed".
