Cause
Communications issues may have prevented updating the job status from IN PROGRESS to SUCCESS.
Resolution
Please contact support to resolve this issue as it will involve modifying values in the MySQL database.
Issue/Introduction
The Imaging Upgrade Tool shows a case's Upgrade Status as IN PROGRESS even though the job status log shows the job is 100% completed. You cannot select "Cancel the previously submitted upgrade job" as the checkbox next to that case is grayed out. This prevents other cases from being upgraded.
