HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error

 

Cause

During the course of a version upgrade or some other intense database work, some user accounts loose their user role. 

Resolution

  1. Navigate to  System > Users
  2. Sort users based on Role
  3. Identify the users with no defined role.  
  4. Define the appropriate user roles for the user's account.

The User Interface is inaccessible for some users, but not all users accounts.
