Cause
Any of the above problems can happen independently and would indicate the Anti-Virus exclusions are not correct.
Note: Scanning or Monitoring the eDP folders/processes can cause the issues expressed above.
Resolution
Requires a reboot every server in the entire Cluster or the Stand Alone Server, with the understanding the issue will return again until the AV exclusion issue is resolved.
